Account Deletion

Step-by-step guidance for deleting your Mima Party account, understanding what is removed and how to contact support if you need help.

Account Deletion — Mima Party

Last Updated: 19 June 2026

Mima Party gives every account holder a way to permanently delete their account and the data linked to it, without needing to install the app.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Mima Party.
  2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Settings → scroll to Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion is immediate when started in the App and the server request succeeds. Your account, profile, language preference, market preference, purchased deck entitlements stored on our servers, linked bug reports, analytics events linked to your user id, and any legacy server-side gameplay records linked to your user id are removed from the Mima Party database. The App also clears local gameplay history and locally cached premium deck content on the device used for deletion, and disconnects the RevenueCat customer profile associated with your session.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot reach the in-app option, email mimaparty.app@gmail.com from the address tied to your Mima Party account with the subject line Account deletion request. We respond within 30 days and complete the deletion within the same window.

What is deleted

  • Email address and authentication identifier
  • Display name
  • Locale, country, and market preferences
  • Server-side record of purchased deck entitlements
  • Bug reports submitted from within the app that are linked to your user id
  • Legacy server-side gameplay records linked to your user id, if any exist
  • Local gameplay history on the device where you use the in-app deletion flow
  • Locally cached premium deck content on the device where you use the in-app deletion flow

What is kept (and why)

  • Purchase receipts retained by Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, and RevenueCat for tax, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, and store-mandated periods. Mima Party cannot delete these on your behalf — request removal through Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat directly if needed.
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer reasonably identify your account. Web hosting and analytics providers may retain their own technical logs according to their policies.
  • Local game history and premium content cache on other devices where you used Mima Party. Sign out, uninstall the App, or clear app data on those devices to remove those local copies.

Restoring access after deletion

Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. You may create a new account with the same email afterwards, but purchased deck entitlements have to be restored or synced via Restore Purchases / Sync web purchases using the same Apple ID, Google account, or Mima Party account that originated the purchase.
